Saturday morning wake up for dentist appointment.
Yeah my super amazing sensitive tooth make me can't eat for the whole week.
Give me no choice but to open my limited wide mouth to my dentist.

Diagnose :
Previous root canal treatment is not a success.
Doc tried his best to put more medicine inside and high chances I have to re do the treatment again. another two weeks need to see him again, Ah! money again.
Currently , he settle me with antibiotic in and a temporary filling. Not to forget the 2 types of antibiotic to swallow for 2 weeks twice daily. Oh ya! as normal pain killer to ease my pain. uwaaaaaa benci nyeeeee....

Afternoon , enjoying a Wall Street : Money never sleep.
Make me want to be one of them. Be greedy and never enough.Yeah! bad culture.
I learn a lot from this movie. one of it is this N I N J A... No Income No Job & Asset.
Well, most of us with income and with job but some of us with asset but yet we are at more liabilities than assets.

I decided to create another which more suitable to our current situation called L I M O
Little Income More Owings...
Dont you think most of us here are in this situation?
We are with job, with fixed monthly salary but most of us commit ourself with :
* Car loan
* House loan
* Life & medical insurance
* Credit Card bills due to impulsive spending
* many many more...
So, we end up saying this phrase...." aish! where got money to save???"

ahahahaha true or not??? most of us are in this situation?

So? how to heal this situation? My book still not finish yet ahahaha just wait up and buy my book. Then you will get the answer.

Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy! If you on your feet a lot and do lots of sports, this can hit you too.This pain caused by straining the ligament that supports your arch.  I got mine last year after came back from Taiwan trip in April 2016. I got diagnosed with knee problem in June 2016. So literally tackle my pain one by one. I concentrate on my knee healing and ignore the pain on my feet.
